- Automotive Servicing NC II – Duration: 7 ½ months
- Bartending NC II – Duration: 2 months
- Cookery II – Duration: 5 months
- Consumer Electronics Servicing NC II – Duration: 6 ½ months
- Assembly/disassemble Electronic Products & System (COC) – Duration: 3 ½ months
- Maintain & Repair Audio/Video Products & System (COC) – Duration: 4 ½ months
- Maintain & Repair Electronically-Controlled Domestic Appliances (COC) – Duration: 4 months
- Maintain & Repair Cellular Phones (COC) – Duration: 4 months
- Dressmaking NC II – Duration: 5 months
- Food and Beverage Services NC II – Duration: 4 months
- Food Processing NC II – Duration: 5 ½ months
- Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) NC II – Duration: 2 ½ months
- Household Services NC II – Duration: 2 ½ months
- Housekeeping NC II – Duration: 5 months
- Pharmacy Services NC II – Duration: 2 ½ months
- Plumbing NC II – Duration: 1 month
- Shielded Metal Arc Welding – Duration: 4 months
These open programs offer women the opportunity to learn new skills and develop their existing ones. The courses are designed to be flexible so that women can balance their other responsibilities while pursuing these programs.

- Must have completed the NCAE exam or Career Profiling and Trainability Evaluation
