Step 5: Obtain the Competency Assessment Result Summary (CARS) from the Assessment Center.

Step 6: Assessment passers must apply for certification at the TESDA District/Provincial Office under the jurisdiction of the assessment center/venue.

Step 7: Assessment passers can collect their National Certificate (NC) or Certificate of Competency (COC) within seven (7) working days after applying for the issuance of the COC/NC.

Upon completion of this course, individuals will have the qualifications to pursue various positions such as Commis de Rang (busboy), bartender/barista, Chef de Vin or Chef Sommelier (wine steward), bar porter, and other related roles.
