Fish Capture NC I
The Fish Capture NC I course includes skills needed to catch and deliver seafood. Workers at this level are new to the industry and perform routine tasks under close supervision.

The Fish Capture NC II Qualification equips individuals to catch and deliver seafood, focusing on fishing within 15 kilometers of the coastline using vessels up to 3 gross tons. It aligns with MARINA and LGU requirements for licenses like the Motorboat Operators License, permits to fish in municipal waters, and other necessary fishing licenses.

- Apply basic food handling and safety practices
Combination 1: Beach, seining, mesh or gill netting
- Adjust and position beach seines, mesh nets or gill nets
- Maintain, prepare, deploy and retrieve beach seines, mesh nets or gill nets to land catch
Combination 2: Hand-line Fishing
- Adjust and position hand-operated lines
- Maintain, prepare, deploy and retrieve hand-operated lines to land the catch
