Step 1: Visit the TESDA website or open bsrs.tesda.gov.ph.

Step 2: Log in and enter the OTP received.

Step 3: In the dashboard, navigate to Risk Management and click Risk Profiles.

Step 4: Click the “eye” icon to view a profile and see the scholar’s basic information.

Step 5: Go to the Risk Evaluation section to view information and match profiles based on the scholar’s details.

Step 6: Choose a profile from the list to approve or disapprove a match.

Step 7: Confirm your decision in the modal by entering a remark and clicking OK. Wait for verification before proceeding.

b. Disapprove Profiles

Step 1: Follow steps 1 and 2 as in the approval process.

Step 2: In the dashboard, go to Risk Management and click Disapproved Profiles.

Step 3: Select the desired profile and click the “pen” icon under the action column.

Step 4: You will be redirected to the scholar’s disapproved page to re-evaluate.

Step 5: Confirm your decision in the modal by clicking OK.

Step 6: After re-evaluating, the scholar’s profile will return to the Risk Profile page for further evaluation.

c. Handle Change Requests

Step 1: Follow steps 1 and 2 as in the approval process.

Step 2: In the dashboard, go to Risk Management and click Change Requests.

Step 3: Approve or disapprove any change request made by the scholar in their profile by clicking the “pen” icon under the action column.

Step 4: Once open, review the change request details and choose to approve or decline.

Step 5: Fill in the remarks in the confirmation modal and click OK.

Note: The change request dashboard and the list of risk profiles will be updated accordingly.
