Step 1: Visit the TESDA District or Provincial Issuing Office where you obtained your current certificate (NC/COC) and apply for renewal.

Note: In areas where new Training Regulations (TR) have been implemented, holders of NC/COC must undergo competency assessment based on the new TR upon expiration. If new TR is not available, holders of NC/COC can request renewal after verification in the RWAC.

Step 2: Submit the following required documents:

  • Complete the Application Form.
  • Provide the original NC/COC.
  • Include three (3) colored passport-sized photos with a white background.
  • Submit a Certificate of work and/or teaching experience for at least 12 months during the validity period of the NC/COC in the relevant qualification. The certificate should be duly signed by the employer and/or school administrator. For self-employed individuals, the certificate should be signed by an official from an appropriate government agency.

Step 3: Proceed to the Assessment Center Cashier to pay the Renewal Fee and obtain the Official Receipt.

Step 4: On the scheduled date given by the TESDA issuing office, collect your renewed NC/COC.
