Instructor Credentials

The trainer qualifications for this Rubber Production NC II require the following:

a. FOR NEW TRAINERS

  • Must hold NTTC I (NC + TM1) on RUBBER PRODUCTION NC II.
  • Requires a minimum of 2 years of industry experience within the last five (5) years.

b. FOR EXISTING TRAINERS

  • Must possess National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC) Level I on Rubber Production NC II.
  • Should have a minimum of 40 hours of industry immersion in the last three (3) years. Alternatively,
  • Should have participated in at least 40 hours of seminars, workshops, and forums related to rubber production.
