Instructor Credentials

The trainer qualifications for this Handloom Weaving (Backstrap Loom) Level II require the following:

  1. Must be a TESDA-recognized Cultural Master as endorsed by NCCA.
  2. Must meet the following criteria:
  • Trained and certified by a TESDA recognized Cultural Master.
  • Holds a certificate in any trainer’s training.
  • Has at least two (2) years of industry experience within the last ten (10) years in relevant areas of Handloom Weaving (Back Strap Loom).
