As part of its ongoing commitment to support Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), TESDA is providing free competency assessments to OFWs in key cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia this 2025. This initiative aims to recognize the skills of Filipino workers, helping them unlock better job opportunities while promoting professional growth.

Assessment Schedule and Locations

TESDA will be conducting free competency assessments on the following dates and locations:

  • Jeddah: June 4 to 7, 2025
  • Riyadh: June 5 to 9, 2025

This effort will benefit a total of 970 OFWs in Saudi Arabia, bringing TESDA’s programs closer to Filipino workers abroad.

How to Apply for the Free Assessment

OFWs who wish to apply must complete the following requirements:

Step 1: Duly Accomplished Application Form

Step 2: Self-Assessment Guide (SAG) for the qualification being applied for

Step 3: Certificate of Training or Certificate of Employment (COE)
