  1. At least knowledgeable in SCADA operations
  2. At least knowledgeable in industrial automation software concepts, preferably in Human Machine Interface (HMI)
  3. Can recognize abstract and 3-dimensional figures
  4. Physically able to operate/manipulate a computer input device
  5. Can perform basic mathematical computations
  6. Familiar with Microsoft Excel
  7. Can communicate orally and in writing
  8. Must have completed basic education or be a holder of Alternative Learning Systems (ALS) certificate of completion with grade 10 equivalent

  • Must possess a Trainer’s Methodology Certificate (TMC) OR be a SCADA-certified training provider.

  • Should have good oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be physically and mentally fit.
