  • Holds Microfinance Technology NC II or has at least two years’ experience as a Loan Officer.

Trainer Qualifications

  • Must have completed Training Methodology II (TM II).
  • Must have obtained relevant Civil Service eligibility (applicable for government training roles).
  • Needs to be in good physical and mental health.
  • Preference for candidates with 18 education units in teaching.
  • Required to have a degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related field.
  • Required to have Microfinance Technology NC II certification.
  • Should be proficient in computer use.
  • Should possess strong moral character and communication skills.

Note: The criteria will update to “Must hold a Trainer Qualification Level II (TQ II) or equivalent” following approval by the TESDA Board.
