Qualifications
The program requires trainees to meet the following qualifications:
- At least 18 years old
- High School graduate or holder of an ALS certificate of achievement (secondary) or Senior High School graduate
- A2 level training certificate or equivalent language certification
This list does not include all institutional requirements like partner (MOA) educational attainment, nationality, work experience, clearances, and others that may be needed by trainees from the school or training center delivering the TVET program.

Instructor Credentials
The trainer qualifications for this Language B1 Level require the following:
- Completion of a college degree
- Possession of a language proficiency certificate at B1 level or higher in the language to be taught, or a training certificate from a B1 level language course aligned with CEFR
- Holding a Trainer’s Methodology I (TM 1) Certificate
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in teaching the language within the past five (5) years
NOTE: A FELS Certificate or any other certificate related to online training delivery is required if the program will be conducted online.
