Instructor’s Qualifications

The trainer qualifications for this Food Processing NC I require the following:

a. New Trainer

  • Must hold NTTC on Food Processing NC II or higher level.
  • Two years of industry experience within the last five years.

b. Existing Trainer

  • Requires NTTC on Food Processing NC II or higher level.
  • At least 40 hours of industry immersion in the past 2 years.

These requirements ensure the instructor is well-prepared to teach and guide students in all aspects of food processing, from basic knowledge to advanced techniques and current industry practices.
