Instructor’s Qualifications

The trainer qualifications for this Food and Beverage Services NC III require the following:

  • Must hold National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC) Level I in Food and Beverage Services NC III.
  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience as a waiter, head waiter, or supervisor in the food and beverage department required.
